Area to be covered: Scotland

Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission giving another £50,000 - £100,000+ on top

The role of Area Manager – Subsidence Solutions will involve:

1. Technical area role selling our clients range of ground support subsidence solutions for a range of applications such as structural support, water sealing, ground reinforcement, sinkholes
2. Focusing on the residential sector
3. The majority of your time will be dealing with inbound queries through home owners conducting site visits, preparing quotes and solutions, then following this through to delivery
4. A small portion of your time will be concentrating on dealing with local authorities through the social housing sector
5. Average order value of projects can range from £3k-£20k
6. Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships through inbound queries
7. Execute technical seminars and presentations on related company products
8. Spending on average 4 days on the road with 1 day admin at home office
9. Will receive circa 6 opportunities per day

The ideal applicant will be a Area Manager – Subsidence Solutions with:

1. Ideally a civil engineer, structural engineer etc looking for a step into field sales
2. Must have experience in the infrastructure or commercial sectors such as: rail, utilities, highways, education, warehousing etc
3. Must have relevant qualification or experience in construction, engineering or surveying sectors (BSc, MSc, OND, HND)
4. Knowledge of grouting in the ground, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management and subsidence
5. Ideally have knowledge of subsidence solutions
6. Self-starter, hit the ground running mentality individual
