Ideally, you will be based within the M25 and be happy travelling to sites across London.
You will be working as an Area Manager for an established cleaning contractor that is based in London and operates nationally. You will manage 40 sites in the London area, which are a mixture of Retail and Commercial.
Ideally, you will have experience managing blue-chip clients and will manage your own diary but will be expected to attend sites regularly to ensure standards and service levels are being met. One of your key responsibilities will be ensuring that your contracts are managed sufficiently with little escalation or intervention needed and managing the team effectively to ensure standards are being met.
