What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage multiple delivery kitchen operations across London.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams to ensure top-tier execution.
• Manage kitchen processes, stock control, and food safety compliance.
• Implement and maintain Wingmans high standards in every delivery kitchen.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth rollouts of new sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Head Chef, Area Chef, or Executive Chef in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership skills – you can train and inspire teams.
• Passion for delivering quality food consistently at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and operations effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety, compliance, and kitchen management best practices.
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
