Are you an experienced Visualiser looking for your next challenge with a progressive and supportive employer? This Architectural client creates people-focused places. They pride themselves on hiring the best and most creative talent and are offering an opportunity for someone eager to join their Newport based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively within Architecture and Design and Technical teams within the Housing and Residential sector with House Builder clients. You will work together with them to respond to client needs and provide the output that supports the creative teams and realises the design vision for the project.

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team player, should have an open mind and see the challenge of non-standard design as a positive part of the project brief and embrace it fully!

Requirements:

1. Strong visualisation skills
2. Experience in creating/applying accurate material representation
3. Experience within architecture
4. Ability to communicate ideas through a variety of presentation methods, including sketches, precedent imagery, photomontage, videos
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team – building rapport and creating positive relationships
6. Excellent communication and strong conceptual skills
7. Ability to work autonomously and respond to client needs
8. Excellent time management skills of own workload
9. Strong 3D modelling skills
10. Strong knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel skills
