The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient post-qualification experience and will be confident working across the technical RIBA stages. You will have excellent technical abilities and should enjoy working as part of a team. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Architect:

1. Hold a relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
2. Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery across education, commercial, or mixed-use developments
3. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
5. Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
6. Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices
7. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, timeframes, and budgets
8. Must live locally to Portsmouth
