I am excited to be supporting a successful Architectural Practice who have over two decades of experience in producing expert designs across the residential, commercial and community sectors. They are dedicated to ensuring that sustainable principles are incorporated into their designs and leave a positive impact on the end user and the surrounding communities. This dynamic RIBA Chartered Practice ensures excellent progression opportunities with regular training provided and a chance to work on a mix of exciting and significant projects of varying scales. My client is keen to continue their growth and have several projects in the pipeline, so are looking for a passionate Architectural Technologist to join their talented team in Liverpool.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience, proficiency with CAD software, a strong portfolio of residential projects, and thorough knowledge of current building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
2. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
3. Experience working on residential projects of varying scales
4. Well versed in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and MicroStation
5. Proven record across all RIBA stages
6. Excellent technical detailing and drawings
7. Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
8. Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages
9. Job running experience
10. Positive and proactive attitude
11. Keep up to date with new software, designs and environmental issues
12. Work well both independently and in a team
13. Motivated for continued professional development
14. Keen to input to company success
15. Excellent attentiveness to detail
16. Live locally to Liverpool
