Salary: £32,000- £40,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK based Architectural practice
2. Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
3. Proficiency with Revit
4. Develop design concepts and detailed plans
5. Prior experience working on high rise residential schemes
6. Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
7. Strong technical skills
8. Ideally have job running experience
9. Comprehensive awareness of technical specification and construction
10. Thorough knowledge of building regulations
11. Work to a high standard whilst meeting strict deadlines
12. Live locally to Leeds and West Yorkshire
