Architectural Technologist / Architect - Student Accommodation Team

Location: Sheffield
Salary: £34-42,000 DOE

An award-winning, RIBA-chartered AJ100 practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architect to join their Student Accommodation Team. This practice operates across multiple sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Retail, Leisure, and Commercial.

The ideal candidate will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong Revit skills and essential experience in RIBA Stages 3-6.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior team members on student accommodation projects
  2. Lead and manage project teams
  3. Engage in client-facing responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Architectural Technologist (CIAT accredited) or Architect with post-qualification experience
  2. Essential: RIBA Stages 3-6 experience in student accommodation projects
  3. Strong Revit skills
  4. Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  5. Confident in leadership and client interaction
  6. Strong time management and attention to detail
