Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specializes in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The role will mainly comprise of working on various high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily focusing on Stages 4/5. This opportunity will allow an Architectural Technologist to add complex projects to their portfolio.
Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio and pipeline of exciting projects. Our client primarily uses Revit, so experience with the software is required. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, thriving atmosphere.
- Working within a number of different sectors
- Work on large scale, complex projects
- Gain strong exposure to RIBA Stages 4/5
- Produce technical details and drawings
- Assist with any issues quickly
- Use Revit to produce high-quality drawings
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Highly motivated and strong work ethic
- Residential experience highly advantageous
- Strong technical ability
- Live within a commutable distance of Worthing
- Revit knowledge
