Architectural Technologist

FRAME have partnered with an award winning AJ100 practice, looking to add an Architectural Technologist/Technician to their team.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across a range of projects, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. This role demands exceptional technical skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for innovation in architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:Provide technical direction and oversight on projects, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction.
• Project Delivery:Manage the technical aspects of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Detail Design:Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Collaboration:Work closely with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and technical solutions.
• Innovation:Stay abreast of industry developments and integrate new technologies and methods into practice.
• Problem Solving:Address and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience:Extensive experience as a Architectural Technologist/Technician.
• Qualification:Professional architectural qualification and membership of a relevant professional body.
• Software Proficiency:Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Communication:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Detail-Oriented:Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Team Player:A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
