Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Our client works on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million pound developments and up to the value of £250m. Architectural Technologist Job Overview

1. Work on a range of projects from small scale £1 Million projects to large scale £250 Million projects
2. Design/work on projects within a variety of sectors
3. Provide Construction details
4. Submission of planning/building regulations
5. Produce Technical details
6. Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required
7. Work as part of a small design/technical team

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

1. Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
2. Motivated individual
3. Ability to work well as part of a design/technical team
4. 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
5. Good technical standard
6. Vectorworks knowledge advantageous, however training can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD/Revit background
