Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. Our client works on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million-pound developments up to the value of 250 million. Architectural Technologist Job Overview

• Work on a range of projects from small scale 1 million projects to large scale 250 million projects
• Design/work on projects within a variety of sectors
• Provide construction details
• Submission of planning/building regulations
• Produce technical details
• Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
• Work as part of a small design/technical team

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

• Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work well as part of a design/technical team
• 2+ years relevant architectural experience
• Good technical standard
• Vectorworks knowledge advantageous; however, training can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD/Revit background

Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary (£30,000 – £40,000 DOE)
