Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP38,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer multidisciplined design solutions to the residential and hospitality sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Architectural Technologist to lead on a range of projects for their team based in Kenilworth.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need strong relevant post qualification experience as a technologist, whilst also being able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD. The right candidate will have good knowledge of UK building regulations and the ability to demonstrate strong technical abilities exhibited in their portfolio. It is essential the candidate has a degree within Architectural Technology.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Architectural Technologist:

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Good relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• MCIAT registered would be beneficial
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Good understanding of UK building regulations
• Ability to provide design proposals, technical solutions, professional expertise and support
• Ability to demonstrate strong technical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Kenilworth area
