Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a multi-award-winning Architecture and Building Consultancy based in Huddersfield.

The majority of their current workload is in the residential and education sectors. Although they also carry out work in a variety of other sectors including but by no means limited; Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Office Space & Commercial, Technology, Transport and Leisure. They have over 200 staff across their 9 offices with a variety of clients that they are engaged with. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on a range of developments as well as further their skills and experience.

This Consultancy uses Revit on a daily basis so they are seeking an Architectural Technologist that is confident and has professional experience using Revit.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview

• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications including drawings for tender and construction packages
• Lead the design process and coordinate information
• Liaise with clients and authorities
• Work on a range of projects ranging up to the value of £5 million
• Use Revit on a daily basis

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

• Living in or around the Huddersfield area
• Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Proficient with Revit
• Excellent personality and strong work principles
• Able to use own initiative as well as working as a team
• Full UK Driving License

Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits

• Salary: up to £35,000 DOE (guide only, open to discussion)
