I am seeking an Architectural Technologist to become part of an award-winning practice based in Exeter. This well-established studio has a strong track record of delivering creative and visually striking projects across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure. The practice prides itself on its welcoming, family-oriented culture and offers excellent flexible working arrangements.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will possess strong technical expertise and outstanding communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of current UK building regulations. Proficiency in Revit is advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist role:

A relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Proven post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
Ability to produce detailed technical and construction drawings
Work collaboratively with architects and project teams to develop design solutions
Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations
Contribute to the design and construction process from initial concept through to completion
Experience with Revit is essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
