I am working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy to find a motivated Architectural Technologist to join the office in Northamptonshire. The team works on commercial and residential projects and provides services from concept to completion. The architecture team always delivers innovative designs and is excited to welcome an Architectural Technologist to the team.

Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
2. CIAT accredited, or working towards
3. Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
4. Residential experience is beneficial
5. Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
6. Conduct site visits & surveys
7. Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
8. Confident working independently or as part of a team
9. Revit proficiency is essential
