This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic architectural practice who provide innovative design services to the commercial and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist who will lead on a range of projects for their team in Kilby.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a suitable degree within architectural technology and have gained relevant experience as a technologist within a UK practice. The successful individual will be proficient with Vectorworks, as well as having a background in working on projects within the commercial or retail sector.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

1. Degree within architectural technology
2. Good post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
3. Proficient with Vectorworks
4. Job running experience
5. Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
6. Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector
7. Ability to work well independently and within a team
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Live within a commutable distance to the Kilby area
