Qualifications

  • At least 2 years post qualification industry experience required.
  • Experience with RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5 is essential.

Architectural Technician/Technologist.
Permanent position. London. Excellent Salary

Our client is a leading international architectural and interiors practice with extensive experience across a broad range of building types in the private and public sectors. They are creative, design-led and committed to developing sustainable, cost-effective solutions for their clients who include a broad base of leading residential developers and institutions.

They now have a new opportunity for an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join them in their London office to work on landmark, mixed-use, large-scale residential schemes.

Key Skills, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. At least 2 years post qualification industry experience of multi-unit residential schemes.
  2. Experience of RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5.
  3. British Building Regulations knowledge.
  4. Experience of working on a complex Revit model and coordinating with colleagues and consultants.
  5. Excellent communication skills, an effective and efficient team player.
  6. Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors.
  7. Organised, proactive, and self-disciplined with ability to take initiative.
