Architectural Technologist (OUTSIDE IR35) Birmingham

About the role:

A practice in the West Midlands is urgently looking for immediate support on a long term contract (12 months initial).

Responsibilities:

The role is working on an influx of logistic/industrial projects at delivery stage which would be completed in Revit.

Start: ASAP

Location: Birmingham

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

1. Experience using Revit.
2. Experience working on the technical stages.
3. Experience working on industrial projects.

The role offers hybrid working of 3 days in office and the rest working from home and is outside IR35.
