Location: Birmingham

Salary: GBP34000-GBP38000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a RIBA-chartered practice to find an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a thriving team in Birmingham. This well-established practice specialises in residential projects, from large-scale housing developments to bespoke homes, with additional work in the commercial and retail sectors.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have significant UK-based industry experience and a strong technical skill set. A portfolio demonstrating substantial residential project work is essential, along with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
2. Significant post-qualification experience
3. Comfortable working independently and within a team
4. Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
5. Excellent technical detailing skills
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
7. Proven experience in residential projects is essential
8. Must be based within a commutable distance of Birmingham
9. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe
