Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Abingdon. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working in a range of different sectors such as Public Sector, Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Remediation projects. Typical values of projects range from about £1m to £20m. Architectural Technologist Job Overview

1. Producing feasibility studies with the design team
2. Assessing survey requirements and producing surveys
3. Preparing and presenting design proposals
4. Producing, analysing and advising upon specification, materials selection, and detailed design solutions
5. Primarily work on projects from Stages 4 onwards

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

1. Recognised Architectural Technologist experience
2. Good knowledge of Revit
3. Driving Licence
4. Live within a commutable distance to Abingdon
5. Good technical ability
6. Commercially aware, willing to learn from those in the team
7. Ability to develop client relationships and become competent in client management as a developing professional
