Salary: £30-40,000 Dependant on experience

** Juniors with several years industry experience up to Senior levels are being considered**

A well-established architectural practice, specialising in residential-led projects, is seeking a talented Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their friendly and supportive team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments, from bespoke housing to large-scale schemes, the company takes pride in its collaborative approach and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Working on residential-led projects, from concept to completion
• Preparing planning and building regulation drawings
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Assisting with technical problem-solving and construction detailing
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience working on residential-led projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
