Salary: £30-40,000 Dependant on experience

** Juniors with several years industry experience up to Senior levels are being considered**

Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
Working on residential-led projects, from concept to completion
Preparing planning and building regulation drawings
Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities
Assisting with technical problem-solving and construction detailing
Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience working on residential-led projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
Strong understanding of UK building regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
