£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Hybrid + Health Insurance + Gym/Pool Membership + Pension

Location: Stamford

Are you an architectural technician with experience in commercial or industrial building design?

Do you want to join a growing architectural firm and develop your design expertise working on a range of commercial projects, with progression to directorship?

On offer is an opportunity to be a part of an architectural firm that has been supplying design and management services to the food manufacturing industry for over 25 years. This company works with a range of clients in the industry, including blue-chip companies across the UK such as Bakkavor, Greggs, and Oscar Mayer. The Role:

1. Create technical drawings and models
2. Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations including Part B, Part K, Part M
3. Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and other departments
4. Knowledge of industrial building types - steel frames, cladding
5. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
6. Experience submitting planning applications and dealing with the building control process

The Person:

1. Architectural technician with experience in CDM or BSA principle design
2. Full UK Driving license
3. Commutable to Stamford
