Architectural Technician
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28-38,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading architectural practice with a strong reputation for thoughtful, sustainable design is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Cambridge. The practice delivers high-quality projects across a range of sectors including education, cultural, healthcare, and residential.
The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in developing detailed technical solutions for a variety of projects. You will work closely with architects and consultants and will contribute to the smooth delivery of schemes from early design through to construction.
- Relevant degree or an HND in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient industry experience in a UK-based practice
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages
- Coordinate information with consultants and contractors
- Assist with project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6
- Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and technical standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong proficiency in Revit and experience with BIM workflows is beneficial
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction techniques
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
