Key Responsibilities:

• Site Layout and Design Package Creation: Produce high-quality site layouts and comprehensive design packages for both Planning and Building Drawing packages.
• Project Management: Utilise your strong project management skills to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within scope.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve design efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience within the UK residential sector - working on projects for House Developers
• Strong layout design ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective project management capabilities
• A valid UK driving license
