Great opportunity to join a large turnkey contractor, looking for an architectural technician due to expansion. You will be responsible for taking the project through RIBA 0-7 delivering MMC projects across a wide range of sectors including education, health care, retail & offices.

As an Architectural Technician you will:

  • Lead the development of technical designs, review, evaluate and provide feedback on the work of colleagues.
  • Create detailed drawings for manufacturing and construction projects based on project specifications.
  • Work to BREEAM/DREEAM standards, and compile information for building control applications.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth running of the projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to take a project through RIBA 0-7
