In this role you will have the flexibility to work between their office in Skegness or Woodhall. Key responsibilities include preparing planning drawings for commercial and residential projects, developing building regulation drawings, conducting site visits, and liaising with building control.

The Role:

• Prepare planning drawings
• Develop building regulation drawings
• Conduct site visits
• Liaise with building control

The Person:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Residential or Commercial design experience
• Great communicator
