Architectural Technician Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A Degree/HNC/ONC or equivalent qualification in architecture
2. Proven experience in technical design for large-scale residential projects on behalf of House Developers
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD to a high standard is essential
4. Familiarity with Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus
5. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The incoming Architectural Technician will be offered a highly competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience.
