This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide Masterplanning and urban design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their team in their Newcastle offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have relevant post qualification experience as a technician, having a successful background working on projects within the residential sector. The successful individual must be proficient with AutoCAD and have a relevant degree with architectural design. Job running experience as well as having good technical knowledge of local building regulations are advantageous.

1. Relevant degree within Architectural design
2. Relevant post qualification experience as a technician within a UK practice
3. Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
4. Revit experience is beneficial
5. Have a background working on projects within the residential sector

7. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
8. Ability to work well independently and within a team
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Live within a commutable distance to the residential sector
