Job Title: CAD Technician

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Enhanced Holidays + Early Finish On A Friday + Free On Site Parking

Are you a CAD technician with experience in architectural design looking to join a technical consultancy that delivers solutions to the residential sector, which offers progression and training?

Are you experienced in Revit and SketchUp and looking to join a company that offers a healthy work-life balance with enhanced holidays and an early Friday finish?

This company was established over a decade ago and has expanded its operations from Hampshire to all over the South East. The company designs for new builds and extensions and has a large market with luxury homes.

The Role:

• 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Thursday; 8:30 - 3:00 Friday
• Travel to client sites when necessary to understand clients' needs and queries
• Work with a range of software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Maintain an efficient desk as there could be 7 projects being worked on simultaneously
• Work cohesively in a team and methodically on your own depending on the varying projects

The Person:

• Experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving License
