This growing consultancy operates across the Southern Counties where they specialize in Residential projects, ranging from small extensions to multi-million pound luxury builds with exclusive clientele. In this role, you will take on several responsibilities, predominantly office-based with occasional site visits. You will manage multiple projects, liaising with other consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution. You will be required to create various detailed drawings from planning, building regulations, and construction drawings that meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and have previous experience working on Residential projects to hit the ground running. A driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for site visits.

The Role:

• Working on a variety of projects in the Residential sector
• Creating detailed planning, building regulations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Based in their office in Farnborough, with occasional site travel within an hour from the office
