Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

1. CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
2. Sufficient experience post-qualification
3. Residential experience is beneficial
4. Understanding of current UK building regulations
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
6. Good knowledge of industry standard software
7. Keen eye for detail and innovative design flare
8. Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
9. Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
