Architectural Technician

Rate: Outside IR35
Location: Central Manchester
Contract Length: Initial 6 months (potential extension)
Project: Large-Scale Leisure Development

We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a leading architectural practice on a contract basis in Central Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile, large-scale leisure project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
2. Work across RIBA Stages 4-6.
3. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs.
4. Utilise Revit to develop technical details.
5. Address technical challenges and coordinate design solutions efficiently.

Requirements (ideally you will be able to demonstrate):

1. Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist on large-scale projects.
2. Proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable).
3. Experience in leisure, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects is advantageous.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
