This Architectural Technician role is based in the Emsworth area and is offering very flexible working hours. The working hours are 35 hours (Core hours being 10am-4pm). This role is open to all levels so has a salary range paying between 25,000 - 40,000 dependant on experience.

They are based down on the South Coast; however, due to success and growth, they are currently expanding their business and opening further branches. They are an ambitious, innovative company, operating in both private and commercial sectors, supporting clients from idea to design to construction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the collation and organization of technical information, which they then need to investigate to identify factors that affect design and development. They will also need to prepare applications and design proposals, utilizing CAD software. The successful candidate will also be required to prepare drawings, plans, and specifications to aid the design process and construction. The role also requires contributing to health and safety and risk assessments. There is also an aspect of attending/contributing to meetings and preparing documents to accompany.
