Job description

Are you an Architectural Technician or Part 2 Architect looking for a new role for an innovative and growing company? Are you looking for a role within a collaborative, friendly environment with a very inclusive and involved culture? If you are, then this role is for you!

This Architectural Technician role is based in the Emsworth area and is offering very flexible working hours. The working hours are 35 hours (Core hours being 10am-4pm). This role is open to all levels so has a salary range paying between £25,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience.

This company specialise in Architecture, Planning, Real Estate and Asset Management. They are based down on the South Coast, however, due to success and growth, they are currently expanding their business and opening further branches. They are an ambitious, innovative company, operating in both private and commercial sectors, supporting clients from idea to design to construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collation and organisation of technical information, which they then need to investigate to identify factors that affect design and development. They will also need to prepare applications and design proposals, utilising CAD software. The successful candidate will also be required to prepare drawings, plans and specifications to aid the design process and construction. The role also requires contributing to health and safety and risk assessments. There is also an aspect of attending/contributing to meetings and preparing documents to accompany.

This company and role also offers flexible working hours, access to the bonus scheme, 28 days holiday and access to the pension scheme.

You Will Need
  1. Ideally 1 year within a similar role
  2. Ideally a degree or higher in Architecture
  3. Strong industry knowledge and understanding
  4. Familiar and competent with CAD software
  5. Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  6. A keen eye to detail
