This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide creative and expert design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work on a range of Mixed-use and Education projects for their team in their Cardiff studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have strong relevant experience as a technician working on projects across the residential and education sectors. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical design skills and proficiency with Revit. A candidate will need to be able to boast design flair as well as having job running experience within a previous role.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Design
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Strong technical design skills
• Proven IT and graphics capability
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience working on projects within the residential and education sectors
• Job running experience
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Cardiff area
