Architectural Designer

Your new company
You will be joining an Architectural practice that is on an exciting long-term venture, aiming to create a fantastic team that will look to deliver amazing homes and residential developments. They are currently on the lookout for a talented Architectural Designer to assist the Director with the modelling and running of projects from RIBA stages 1-4.

Your new role
You will be required to:

1. Model and run projects from RIBA stages 1-4.
2. Attend site visits.
3. Liaise with appropriate authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Good understanding of the planning process.
2. Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.
3. Proficiency with ArchiCAD v24.
