Architectural Assistant Part II with Revit for Hotel Projects

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of a prominent commercial workplace project in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality hospitality projects
• Work on all stages of the design process, from concept development to detailed design and technical stages
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, with the ability to create and manage 3D models, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Assist in the coordination of project information and communication with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall design quality and project outcomes

Requirements:

• 3-4 years post Part II qualification experience
• Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm for innovative design and a keen eye for detail
• Experience working on design-led commercial workplace projects is not essential but highly desirable
