We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team in our London studio.

Position Overview

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant at ECE Architecture, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of the design and construction process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting Senior members of the team in the development of design concepts and presentations.
• Conducting research and preparing drawings and models to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Assisting in the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Participating in site visits and construction inspections to gain practical experience.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Have completed your Masters in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Have practice experience working on medium to large scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in the following software: Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A keen interest in sustainable design and a desire to contribute to the creation of environmentally conscious buildings.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design abilities and technical skills.

ECE London is a dynamic studio located in the heart of the city, providing a vibrant and collaborative work environment. The studio is situated near the South Bank with several mainline railway stations including Waterloo, Blackfriars, and London Bridge within walking distance.
