Our client, a leading UK-based architecture practice known for its stunning high-end residential designs, is seeking a skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Support project teams in delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations. Work on luxury residential projects, contributing to both architectural and interior design aspects. Assist with client-facing activities, helping to develop strong relationships and manage client expectations. Use ArchiCAD to produce design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors. Contribute creatively to the development and refinement of design concepts. Assist with managing project timelines, budgets, and workflows, ensuring efficient delivery of projects. Requirements:

Part 2 qualification or equivalent. Full proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential. Proven experience working on high-end residential projects or in interior architecture within the UK. Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the creative process. Excellent communication skills, both in client-facing situations and with internal teams. A keen passion for interior architecture, with an eye for detail and innovative design. Experience in assisting with the management of residential projects from conception to completion.
