Responsibilities:
- Develop robust top-level project plans
- Manage project resources for optimum profitability and creative excellence
- Negotiate consultant and contractor appointments
- Address production issues and communicate them early
- Produce weekly production and budget control status reports
- Deal directly with key clients on higher-level problems
- Provide leadership and support to the project team
About You:
You’re highly organised with excellent time and project management skills. You have a sound knowledge of production information processes and are comfortable navigating statutory and legal requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders, along with your resilience in managing high-level relationships, sets you apart.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RIBA Part 3 essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant commercial experience
Skills and Other Requirements:
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Anticipate problems and respond creatively.
- Identify and highlight when projects are not on schedule.
- Motivate production personnel for high-quality performance.
- Understand and create accurate budgets.
- Possess proactive and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit a plus)
