Architect - 3+ years Post Part III

Enthusiastic approach to design and hands-on job running experience with strong presentation abilities. Project running skills required with an understanding of contract administration.

Experienced in working on both the design and delivery of residential projects with evidence of including sustainability at the initial design stages.

Experienced Revit user.

Chartered or ARB registered as a minimum.

Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations and proven track record of detailed design and delivery of projects on site.

Architectural Assistant - 2+ Part II

Enthusiastic team member willing to learn. Clear communication skills with construction detailing competency.

Experienced Revit user.

Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations with particular reference to Scottish Regulations.
