Architect (Part 2)

Projects: Residential

Working Type: Remote, but still commutable to London

Software: AutoCAD needed, Revit knowledge is helpful.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (Dependent on experience.)

We’re looking for a talented Part 2 Architect with a passion for residential design to join a dynamic architectural practice. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be within a commutable distance to London for occasional meetings and site visits.

The Role:

• Work on high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with senior architects and clients to develop innovative design solutions.
• Produce detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD,Revit knowledge is also helpful.
• Assist with planning applications and liaise with consultants.

What We’re Looking For:

• Part 2 qualified with experience in residential architecture.
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in relevant software.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
