Our client is a growing SME Design and Build Construction company that also has a separate design business. Due to impressive growth, they are currently seeking a Qualified Level 3 Architect to join their team based in Bromley, Kent.
They specialize in High-End Residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client-focused and aim to build strong client relationships, seeing projects from design through to completion.

As a Part 3 Architect, you will lead the design and technical aspects of building projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish and will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a similar design and build company with high-end residential experience. Average project values range from £1 – 4 million.
You need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high level of technical expertise. An understanding of UK construction and contract law, construction procurement processes, and the roles of built environment professionals is essential.
This role will require you to be in the Bromley offices as well as onsite at client projects.
