Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding RIBA chartered practice who provide exceptional design services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Architect who is proficient with ArchiCAD to join their studio based in Altrincham.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, the individual will need to have successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification with relevant experience as an Architect within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be ARB registered and need to have working experience with ArchiCAD, as well as being able to boast design flair and technical drawing skills.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Architect:

1. ARB registered
2. Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
3. Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
4. Proficiency with ArchiCAD is essential
5. Experience managing projects within the commercial sector
6. Strong technical detailing and design skills
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. Full UK Driver's License
