What You'll Do

  1. You will collaborate with Architect, Engineering, and Construction teams to support the multifamily residential real estate development life cycle.
  2. You will coordinate guidance and input from the Owner regarding architectural design and incorporate input into Revit models.
  3. Organize and participate in building model coordination meetings with subcontractors and construction team. Meetings will be used to identify clashes and conflicts.
  4. Work with the team to build Revit models and Revit-based construction documents.
  5. Oversee subcontractors’ 3D models using Navisworks.
  6. Review contractors’ shop drawings to meet document preparation schedules.
  7. Visit the construction site as needed to observe the overall progress.
  8. You will create Architectural sheets, maintain project drawing files and archives and manage printing and exporting CAD designs for consultants.
  9. You will manage incorporating consultant Revit and CAD files to Optima models, manage Revit and CAD redlines to expedite project delivery.
  10. Support the Architecture Team’s work in Procore submittal management, posting drawings and other responsibilities such as contact management, posting and receiving CAD and Revit files.

What You'll Need

  1. At least 1-2 years of relevant architectural experience.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  3. High level Revit skills to be proficient at:
    • Creation and editing many document types (CD’s, SD’s, Presentation, Marketing).
    • Create and modify content/families.
    • Modifying or creating details within Architectural CD set.
    • Revit Schedule creation and management.
  4. Experience with Bluebeam or other PDF review/editing software.
  5. Experience with MS Office Software including Excel and Word.
  6. Experience in Adobe suite including Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator.
  7. Experience with AutoCAD software.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Organized, self-reliant and hard-working and the ability to multi-task.
  10. Reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.

What Will Set You Apart:

  1. Experience reviewing shop drawings / submittals in an Architectural office.
  2. Experience using project management software such as Procore.
  3. Working knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
  4. Experience with selection of finishes / interior design.
  5. Experience on high-rise, multifamily, developer-led projects.
  6. Experience with Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical or Fire Protection systems design or install.
  7. Experience with design-build, IgCC or LEED projects.
  8. Experience in construction and/or construction observation/supervision and familiar with construction means, methods, and techniques.
  9. On a track for Architecture license.
