Your Role in the Team…

1. Architectural Coordination – Work at the intersection of BIM and architectural design, with a deep understanding of tectonics and project workflows.
2. Model Coordination & Quality Control – Oversee complex, multi-model coordination and maintain structured BIM workflows.
3. BIM Standards & Best Practices – Implement and uphold BIM execution plans, modelling principles, and drafting standards.
4. Scripting & Automation – Dynamo expertise is highly valued, and additional skills in Python, Grasshopper, or C# are a plus.
5. Revit & Rhino – Develop and maintain parametric + Revit families and enhance interoperability between Rhino and Revit.

Immediate Project Exposure: Your expertise will be pivotal in Stage DD for a high-profile Middle-Eastern project, kicking off at the end of March / Start of April. You will join the team to take on and play a lead role in BIM strategy, model coordination, and digital innovation, picking things up from the existing BIM savvy team members.

• Our client welcomes a range of applicant profiles, from experienced BIM Coordinators to Hybrid Architect/BIM Specialists and Architectural Designers with strong Revit (BIM) + Rhino expertise.
