Daily Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects
2. Manage projects from concept through to completion
3. Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
4. Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp
5. Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and construction details
6. Ensure high-quality design standards are maintained throughout all project stages

The Ideal Candidate

1. A qualified Architect with at least several years post-Part 3 experience
2. Strong front-end design skills with a keen eye for detail
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
4. Experience running residential projects, ideally in the high-end sector
5. Excellent communication and project coordination skills
6. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
