Are you an ambitious Architect ready to take the next step in your career? Join a small, friendly architectural consultancy located conveniently near Stratford-upon-Avon, with easy access just off the M42.

This role will suit a motivated and skilled Architect who is passionate about growing their career and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team. This role provides the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects, including:

1. Domestic and residential schemes
2. Small-scale developments
3. Industrial and commercial properties
4. Community facilities
5. Sports venues
6. Heritage sites

You will ideally be proficient in Revit, have worked on a variety of projects, and be an experienced job runner, able to take a project from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

• ARB / RIBA registered with UK based experience
• Up to date on all UK building regulations
• Diverse portfolio
• Strong design skills and job running experience
• Worked across all RIBA stages
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe suite
• Able to produce specifications and manage the tender process
• Able to work on multiple projects at different stages
• Excellent communication skills
• Full driving licence and own vehicle
